We are a small Wisconsin farm focusing on pasture-raised, grass-fed, meat and poultry.
We Believe in
Reintroducing What’s Natural to Your Dinner
In 2013, Jon and Amanda Pieper purchased a 200-year-old, run-down, dairy farm on a windy hill in Wisconsin. The farm had been stripped of animal life and was used by a local company to store machinery. Using nature as a pattern, they began breathing life back into the old farm on the windy hill.
Disregarding conventional wisdom, the Piepers believe that the nature of each animal they raise should be heeded. They take an empathetic approach to farming and instead of overfeeding grains and keeping animals in feed lots, they use nature as their playbook and business planner. It is their belief that not all animals should look the same, and that their needs can be met naturally without a cookie-cutter image as the end result. In providing what each animal needs, the meat they produce has more nutrition, and a better flavor profile than those raised in a more conventional way.
Quality, Expertise, Mouth- Watering Goodness
We are on a mission to produce food from animals that were raised as naturallly as possible. Our animals come first and our focus is to give them the humane, full, lives they deserve.
Our goal is to bring exotic, globally-enjoyed, meat back to our local area, and beyond. We believe in the importance of understanding where food comes from, so as to keep our culture from becoming desensitized to what is natural.
Our meat is processed at licensed USDA facilities near you. It is either picked up by the consumer at the store, or we deliver within a 30 miles radius of the USDA facilities we use. Your meat arrives fresh, never frozen.
