How it Works
1. We Raise Rabbits
We raise young rabbits, humanely, and on a rotated pasture. Rabbits are raised on grass, and supplemented only when their nutritional requirements are not met due to weather conditions.
2. You Reserve Rabbits
We have rabbits available for processing on a regular basis.
Due to high demand, rabbits must be reserved ahead of time with a deposit.
3. They Process Rabbits
Rabbits are processed by local USDA licensed facilities. Your fees cover the cost of processing the rabbit.
Once rabbits are ready to be processed, we deliver them to the facility, you choose your cuts, and the butchers work their magic.
4. We Deliver Your Rabbit
Once the rabbits are processed, we will deliver them to you, or you can chose to pick up your meat from the USDA facility.
We deliver rabbit meat to the following Wisconsin counties: Sheboygan, Manitowoc, Brown, Outagamie, and Calumet.
Your fees also cover the cost of delivery.
Final payment is due upon delivery or pickup.

Young pasture-raised rabbit
Our rabbits are raised in Joel Salatin-style rabbit tractors. Rabbits are weaned at 5-6 weeks and moved to fresh pasture where they are rotated daily. We do our best to ensure all nutritional requirements are met on pasture, but in some cases, we supplement with feed.

Our meat is processed at local USDA facilities and we deliver to Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Brown, Calumet, and Outagamie counties of Wisconsin.
